Simple steps to keep your cashmere and yak wool at their best

Looking After Your Wool

Your Unur garments are crafted from pure Mongolian fibres. Treat them well and they’ll serve you for years. Start with the label on your garment, then use the guidance below.

Quick Reference

DO

• De-pill with gentle combing (we provide one with each purchase).
• Hand-wash cool with mild soap.
• Dry flat, reshape while damp.
• Steam gently or press through a cloth.
• Store clean, in breathable bags (provided with each purchase) and with cedar.

DON'T

• Bleach, wring, or scrub.
• Over-wash.
• Tumble dry or dry over a radiator.
• Iron directly on the knit.
• Pack away when dirty.
